Concordia Consultancy were the proud sponsors of the recent IFAA (International Federation of Adjusting Associations) 8th Educational Conference on Claims Advocacy, held in London, UK, on the 12th November 2015.
The keynote speaker was John Parker from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). He spoke on the recent thematic claims review.
Experienced Claims managers, loss adjusters, brokers, lawyers and loss assessors were there debating the increasingly common aspect of policyholder representation at the time of a claim.
