Concordia Consultancy were the proud sponsors of the recent IFAA (International Federation of Adjusting Associations) 9th Educational Conference on ‘The London Market and its Expectations of Adjusters that Work for it Around the World’, held in London, UK, on the 13th October 2016.
The conference was chaired by Concordia’s Paul May, who summarised and oversaw proceedings. The event was well attended by professionals from across the Insurance profession, with delegates traveling from around the globe, highlighting both the importance and appeal of the day’s subject.
The strong attendance for the Educational Conference included a number of Concordia Global Network (CGN) Associates, with members from Chile, Uruguay, Peru, USA, Canada, UK, Italy, Russia, Kenya and India.
The core purpose of CGN is to co-ordinate effectively all our international activity and to facilitate our growing global resources.
The keynote speakers were Jonathan Clarke, CILA President, who spoke on “Seamless Claims Service”, and John Hurrell, CEO of Airmic, discussing the topic of “Corporate Policy Holders Expectations” respectively.
Experienced Claims managers, underwriters, loss adjusters, brokers and lawyers were there debating the role and requirements from adjusters in the global claims market.
