As part of Paul May’s role as Visiting Faculty at Cass Business School, City University in London, he recently presented to the MSc students in Insurance and Risk Management. Sharing his long-standing experience, he provided an insight into the role of an International Loss Adjuster and covered the future of claims management in the Insurance Market.
