Last month Paul was privileged to deliver a talk to the High Premium Group of individual Lloyd’s Names. The brief was to challenge current thinking and identify Threats to Insurers and Reinsurers. The speaking notes from Paul's talk are attached. Paul was especially critical of the trend for Insurers to outsource the drafting and checking of their policy wordings to lawyers.
