In September Paul May, Concordia Chairman, presented in Jakarta, Indonesia, at the Asia Insurance Review 12th Conference on Catastrophe Insurance in Asia. Paul’s presentation was entitled 'Key Issues in Achieving Prompt and Fair Settlement of Industrial and Commercial Claims Arising From Catastrophe Events’.
