Ms Shampa Ernest joins Concordia Consultancy South Asia (PTE) Ltd as Senior Consultant and Operations Manager

We are pleased to announce that Ms Shampa Ernest has joined us as a Senior Consultant and Operations Manager in our Colombo office. Shampa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team as we continue to focus on our mission to remain the pre-eminent Loss Adjusting Company in Sri Lanka.
Shampa will be involved with Loss Adjusting and Compliance assignments throughout Sri Lanka, whilst representing Concordia within the insurance market and the wider South Asia region, including India and the Maldives.
Within her operations role, Shampa will be responsible for ensuring all company professional and reporting procedures are implemented in the Colombo office and followed by personnel.
Loss Adjusting activities especially in the classes of Liability, Marine and Freight Forwarders, and Compliance work such as auditing and reviews will also be handled by Shampa in Sri Lanka, as well as India and the Maldives.
An important part of Shampa’s role will be liaising with and encouraging team work and quality performance with our Associate Network in Colombo and all around Sri Lanka which includes engineers, translators and quantity surveyors throughout the region.
With over 30 years of experience in insurance Shampa has worked in a number of well-known companies such as NIC, Asian Alliance and Union specialising in Non Motor and Motor claims.
Concordia will continue to provide all clients with a high quality service as we look forward to our continued growth within Sri Lanka and the South Asia region.
