Record breaking snowfall hits North East USA, bringing widespread disruption and damage

From the 22nd to 24th January, Northeast USA experienced significant snow. Some locations have had snowfall of up to 40+ inches, with New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC some of the cities hit.
An estimated 85 million people have been affected by the snowstorm. Damages have included collapsed roofs, coastal flooding, power outages and business interruption.
