Sri Lanka Seminar

Concordia recently participated at a seminar for the professional staff of Eagle Insurance, and the Association of Loss Adjusters in Sri Lanka.
Arrangements were kindly made by the management of Eagle with input from Concordia regional Manager for South Asia, Nihal Bogahalande, secretary of the Loss Adjusters Association.
Various papers were presented during the day and numerous ideas and issues emerged for future consideration.
Paul May's session covered International Best Practice and dealt with topical issues such as regulation, corporate governance, alternative dispute resolution and professional ethics.
